How it's graded. Each defense is ranked by the fantasy points (PPR) it allowed to each position last season, tiered Smash (the six easiest) through Avoid (the six stingiest), then mapped onto every team's 2026 opponent. The score (0–100) is how far a defense pushes a position above or below league-average output. A transparent Balladex model estimate — real stats, projected forward. Pair it with the draft board, the weekly start/sit board, and each player's full page.
